It’s likely no consolation that over on NBC’s “The Voice,” which has regularly toppled “Idol” in the ratings this year, drama-free celebrity panelists like Usher, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Shakira actually seem to all get along.
Maroon 5 lead singer and “The Voice” judge Adam Levine found himself in hot water this week over an angry comment he blurted out during a recent episode of the show.
Frustrated to see two of his singers in the bottom three on Tuesday night’s episode of “The Voice,” Levine muttered “I hate this country.”

While, some might argue that it was pretty clear that Levine did not, in actuality hate America and was being sarcastic, his comment nevertheless drew the ire of a number of television viewers, who took to Twitter to express their dissatisfaction:
