Carrie Underwood Shares Big News for 2025
Carrie Underwood shared some big news with the world on New Year’s Eve. Following her performance during “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in New York City,” the “American Idol” winner shared some exciting news about her television special.

“It’s going to be on Hulu and Disney+. It comes out January 24th. It’s my ‘Reflection’ show from Las Vegas. It is fabulous! Check it out,” Underwood told host Ryan Seacrest during the live television spot.
“Can’t wait to see it,” Seacrest responded. Underwood’s residency at the Resorts World Theatre in Vegas runs through the spring.
Seacrest also asked Underwood if she preferred being a contestant or a judge on “Idol.”
“Oh man. I mean, nerves with both,” she said. “One I was living out my dream, you know, just hoping for anything. Just a fraction of this right here,” she said, referring to her time competing on the show in 2005.
The judges’ table brings a different type of nerves and a lot of excitement, Underwood explained. She will make her judging debut when the show returns on March 9.

Carrie Underwood’s New Streaming Special Will Give Viewers a ‘Front Row Seat’ to Her Vegas Residency
Hulu’s site has a synopsis of what fans can expect from Underwood’s television special.

“Underwood will showcase her highly successful career as a worldwide superstar in a concert special coming exclusively to Hulu in January. ‘CARRIE UNDERWOOD: REFLECTION’ will give audiences a front-row seat at the larger-than-life show Underwood has performed during her three-year plus run at Resorts World Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas,” Hulu’s website reads.
“‘CARRIE UNDERWOOD: REFLECTION’ captures a one-of-a-kind production that can only be seen in Las Vegas. The show was conceived by Underwood to celebrate highlights of her career and greatest hits from nearly 20 years as an award-winning international recording and touring artist. The show includes fourteen No. 1 hits and features songs from all nine of her studio albums,” the description continues.
