Heads up, Wheel of Fortune fans — we just got a massive update about the new season of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
Wheel of Fortune has been on the air for over four decades, and fans love to see everyday people vie for money by answering puzzles. But folks also love to watch Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, the spinoff series that’s been on the air since 2021, and features famous faces competing for charity. Given its increasing popularity over the years, more and more viewers are curious about the future of the show, including everything that’s going on with the latest season.
Well, thanks to a new announcement made on Instagram on July 17, we’ve officially learned that Celebrity Wheel of Fortune season 6 will premiere on Friday, September 26, 2025 on ABC. And that’s not all — current WoF Ryan Seacrest will step in for former emcee Pat Sajak this time around, and work alongside his co-star Vanna White manning the iconic puzzle board.
“On Friday, September 26, Ryan Seacrest joins Vanna White on the season premiere of #CelebrityWheelOfFortune on ABC!” the caption read. “Stream on Hulu.”

When fans learned this major news about Celebrity Wheel of Fortune‘s season 6 premiere date and hosts, they couldn’t stop cheering about it on social media.
“This is giving TGIF, stay at home, order in vibes. I’m here for it,” one person exclaimed in the comments. “Oh finally with Ryan!!!! Can’t wait 😍,” another cheered. “This is going to be so much fun,” a different follower added.
As viewers may remember, Pat had been the official host of both Wheel of Fortune and Celebrity Wheel of Fortune before his June 2024 exit. And even though he had left the TV franchise, he did return for the previous season of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune (which aired from April through June 2025).
It’s also important to know that the news of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune comes around the same time folks learned about an all-new season of the original game show. Viewers can expect to see brand-new Wheel of Fortune episodes begin to air starting on Monday, September 8, 2025, with Ryan and Vanna being the faces of that show as well.
