Coaches Reba McEntire, Niall Horan, Snoop Dogg, and Michael Bublé were working to complete their teams – but some viewers shared similar complaints.
The show usually airs at 9pm, but last night it began at 8pm, leaving some fans confused.
“Did they start #TheVoice #VoiceBlinds at the correct time today? I’m here for 9 p.m. of course. Ugh,” said one person on X.
Someone then replied, “The only reason I made it on time was because I checked the app and it said eight minutes until next episode.”
Meanwhile, a third wrote: “If it’s not bad enough that I have to wait 3 hours (PT) after a lot of you get to watch The Voice…I finally get to watch, and the first 12 mins are interrupted for a special news report.”
Some other fans were annoyed over the audio being “off” and in turn “annoying”.
“What is WRONG with the #TheVoice on @NBC, the audio is so so OFF? SO ANNOYING,” fumed one person.
The end of the episode revealed in a preview that there would be some very special guests in the next episode.
The show is bringing back advisors, and fans are extremely happy.
One person on Reddit said, “OMG I am so excited to see Lewis Capaldi be an advisor!! Lizzo, Nick Jonas, and Kelsi Ballerini also, but I love Lewis so much!”
While another penned, “I’m glad they have advisors again since they skipped them for a while.”
And on X, formerly Twitter, many were thrilled that Lewis Capaldi was being introduced as an advisor.
One person wrote, “THEY INVITED LEWIS OMGGG.”
While another reacted, “LEWIS CAPALDI AN ADVISOR !!! OH MY GOD.”
And a third said, “LEWIS CAPALDI???? OMG THIS IS GONNA BE SO GOOD.”
