Fans know Kelly Clarkson always looks put together on her daytime talk show every weekday. But what about the days when she’s not on the air? Turns out, she’s just like us — and folks are thanking her for it.
On June 7, The Kelly Clarkson Show host decided to take fans behind the scenes when it came to creating the outfits she wears while on camera. Posting a video on the show’s official TikTok, folks met Kelly’s stylist Micaela Erlanger, and they also got to see a different side to her everyday beauty routine.
As the clip depicted how Kelly and Micaela come up with her on-set wardrobe, folks got to see the American Idol winner go bare-faced for the majority of the clothing fittings. What’s more, even with over two decades working in Hollywood, it was clear how comfortable she was with allowing her followers to see her makeup-free.

When the snippet of Kelly’s understated beauty look began to go viral online, fans couldn’t help but voice just how much they enjoyed seeing her without a stitch of makeup.
“When she walked in without makeup she looked so normal and down to earth. Thanks for showing your true self Kelly!” one person wrote in the comments. “Kelly looks incredible with no makeup,” another agreed. “Love you Kelly! You’re beautiful with and without makeup! 🤩,” a different follower added.
We so love seeing Kelly this uninhibited, and we need to get all of her skincare secrets after seeing this! But as fans may remember, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen her take a natural approach by wearing no makeup on camera this year.
Back in March, Kelly went bare-faced when she appeared as a guest on the Not Gonna Lie With Kylie Kelce podcast. Wearing a sweatshirt and baseball cap over her blonde hair, the musician got to voice her opinions on life all while quietly displaying her true feelings about beauty.
