Both the singers for Michael Buble’s team brought their best performances in terms of pure entertainment. J Paul brought in his silky tenor while Kamila Kiehne reached deep into her alto register for an amazing vocal performance that complimented the former’s refined R&B style, per the outlet.
Buble was aware that he was in for a challenge even before the two took the stage. He said, “This Battle might be one of, if not the, hardest for me. Kamila has a voice that really has a lot more maturity than her age.”

He added, “J Paul has one of the most polished voices in the competition… It’s really not gonna come down to who sings the best. It’s gonna be one of those feelings that I have in the moment. It’s gonna be a gut feeling!”
After their performances, Buble said, “I honestly just don’t know what to do. My hands are so sweaty!” and then joked, “You know what? Actually, no — I quit!”
The host Carson Daly humorously brought Buble back on track with a playful tease and said, “Don’t make me call Blake!”
