‘Price Is Right’ Is Adding Its First New Game in Years
The Price Is Right is set to return for its 54th season later this month, and with that, comes a brand new pricing game.

“A new season of #PriceIsRight is just around the corner and we’re bringing a huge new game with us! Get ready to see what the roar is all about,” models Amber Lancaster and Alexis Gaube shared in an Instagram video.
In partnership with BetMGM, The Price Is Right introduces “The Lion’s Share.”
“In this high-stakes game, contestants will earn the chance to enter the Lion’s ‘wind chamber’ to pull out prizes including spectacular trips, dream cars and a cash jackpot worth up to half a million dollars!” CBS announced on Monday, September 8. “This marks the first addition to the current game lineup since 2021’s ‘Back to ‘72’ and ‘To the Penny.’”
Additionally, the network revealed a variety of themed episodes fans can look forward to in the upcoming season, including Halloween, Breast Cancer Awareness, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine’s Day episodes.
The new season, host Drew Carey’s 18th season, officially makes The Price Is Right the longest consecutively running game show in the world. Season 54 premieres September 22.
