Ryan Seacrest’s new $36M Bel-Air mansion boasting seven bedrooms pictured
Ryan Seacrest is set to become the new owner of a luxurious mansion in Bel-Air.
The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Seacrest, 50, has been in contract to purchase a 11,000 square foot residence in the swanky LA neighborhood for $36 million.
Now new aerial shots capture the resplendent, seven-bedroom mansion that the Wheel of Fortune host is preparing to call home.
The gorgeous home, designed to resemble the Mediterranean, boasts an interior courtyard filled with archways, olive trees, and leads to a pool in the backyard.
The entryway of the home is decorated with lush foliage, with a large driveway accessible from the street.
Previous inhabitants include Diane Keaton, who owned the residence approximately 20 years ago, according to WSJ.

On top of his latest home purchase, Seacrest is staying busy as usual with an upcoming recurring role hosting Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on top of his Wheel of Fortune gig
Fashion mogul Serge Azria, who purchased the home in 2020 for $16.455 million, put the residence on the market for $48 million in June following a nearly three-year renovation.
Azria rebuilt the home into a minimalist style, and the home was designed to feel as though it was set in the south of France or Italy.
From the red tile rooftop to the romantic courtyard and resort-like poolside, it would appear he achieved his vision.
The home also features a pool house with it’s very own wood-burning fireplace.
The property has ample space for parking, with Azria constructing a nearly 1,000 square foot garage that can accommodate five or six vehicles, according to WSJ.
The home can also be accessed via two gates, including a second service gate that can hold 10 more cars.
It comes two years after Ryan sold off his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion for $51 million, a home he purchased from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million.
On top of his latest home purchase, Ryan has his hands full as he prepares to end 2024.

The TV host is set to host Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve once again.
Seacrest, marking his 20th year as host, is returning alongside co-host Rita Ora to lead the festivities from New York’s Times Square.
Not only that, but Seacrest recently became the new host of Wheel of Fortune, replacing long-time host Pat Sajak.
Sajak hosted Wheel of Fortune for 43 years from 1981 to 2024, though he still hosts Celebrity Wheel of Fortune from time to time.
Wheel of Fortune’s Season 42 premiere week averaged 8.31 million viewers an episode, the highest premiere week ratings in five years.
