After three contestants: Connor, Lacie, and Jacob, had their chance to play their own games, only one was going to make it through the Showcase Showdown.
The Showdown sees contestants spin the “Big Wheel” to determine how close they can get to $1, without going over
Lacie went first and got a 55 on her first spin.
She had the option to keep her 55 or spinning again, but she chose to stay put.
During Connor’s turn, he spun the wheel a little too hard and lost his balance, nearly falling to the floor.
However, he quickly caught himself and sprung back on his feet.
Game show host Drew Carey decided to ignore the young contestant’s fall.
Instead, Drew asked him if he wanted to give any shout-outs to family and friends.
Connor first spun a 15. When he spun again, he got a 65, which got him to 90.

Finally, it was Jacob’s turn to beat a 90, but was unsuccessful when he spun a 70.
With 10 cents to spare, Connor was headed to the Showcase Round.
At the end of the show, he won $96,150.
‘BEAST MODE’
On X, formerly Twitter, one fan of the game show shared their critique on the all-kids spin-off.
The Price is Right Hosts

The Price is Right first came on TV in 1972. Fans fell in love with the game show so much that it has been on for over 50 years. Throughout that time, the show has had a few different hosts. Find out who they are below.
Bob Barker – 1972 to June 2007 (also became executive producer in 1988)
Drew Carey – October 2007 to present
Dennis James – filled in for Bob in 1974 when he missed four episodes, also hosted the nighttime version
Craig Ferguson – 2014 April Fools Day Special
One viewer said, There’s a prime-time episode of Price is Right on TV rn featuring only kid contestants, which is a weird concept.
“Like how do they know how much toothpaste costs?”
Meanwhile, others are loving the show.
“Connor, a 12-year-old on the price is right at night just won 100k in prizes in 10 minutes. Beast mode,” a second exclaimed.
A third said, “I’m loving the Price is Right at Night for kids. I wish this was a thing when we were younger.”
“It’s hilarious, this young man who’s probably a preteen, just won $23,000 on Plinko. They should have kids on more often,” a fourth admitted.
A fifth said, “These prizes are great! I love seeing kids win!”
