“The Voice” Just Dropped News That Will BREAK THE INTERNET – You HAVE to See This! Get ready, music lovers, because “The Voice” is about to unleash something HUGE! Forget everything you thought you knew about the show – this epic announcement promises to be the most talked-about moment of the season, and possibly the show’s entire history
‘The Voice’ Has Epic News to Share About Which Superstars Will Mentor the Playoff Rounds
Two Grammy Award-winning artists are causing a stir for the season 27 Playoff Rounds.

The Voice is just weeks away from crowing the winner of season 27, and we can’t believe how incredible the talent has been so far! As the competition continues to dwindle down to the top contenders, the show felt it was only right to deliver a twist that fans will most definitely want to pay attention to.
Ever since the season 27 premiere back in February, viewers have seen Kelsea Ballerini, Michael Bublé, Adam Levine and John Legend coach their artists throughout the competition. While the quartet brought in legendary musicians to help them through the Battle Rounds, The Voice decided to tap into its musical catalog to find new Mega Mentors for the Playoff Rounds.
According to a report from Variety on April 14, The Voice will welcome Sheryl Crow and LeAnn Rimes as Mega Mentors for season 27. The outlet writes the duo will “lend their expertise as music superstars” to help the remaining competitors prepare for the most challenging rounds yet.

As far as what fans can expect from the Playoff Rounds, after the contestants sing, Kelsea, Adam, Michael and John will choose two artists from each of their teams to move on to the live shows. Viewers will get to see Sheryl and LeAnn appear onscreen for the first time beginning on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
So, what makes Sheryl and LeAnn fit to be part of The Voice season 27? In addition to both of them being Grammy Award winners (Sheryl has three Grammys, while LeAnn has two Grammys under her belt), each have their own experiences working on The Voice franchise.
Fans may remember Sheryl first appeared on The Voice as a Battle Rounds advisor for Blake Shelton back in season 4. And while LeAnn will make her debut as a mentor on the U.S. version of the series, she was a coach on both The Voice Australia and The Voice U.K. in 2024.
Now, this is an epic celebrity moment we can’t wait to see!
