‘Celebrity Wheel of Fortune’ Fans, We Have Major News About Pat Sajak’s Return
The former Wheel of Fortune host is officially coming back for one final season on TV.

Celebrity Wheel of Fortune fans, you won’t believe what the show revealed about its upcoming season.
Ever since Wheel of Fortune said goodbye to Pat Sajak as host in June 2024, fans hoped they’d get to see him back on their TV screens. Then, after learning he’d return one more time to host the upcoming season of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, it was revealed in October 2024 that the new installment was postponed until the spring of 2025 so other shows could take precedence.
Well, the wait is almost over, folks. We now know when we’ll officially get to see Pat back on the air. As ABC announced on Instagram on March 27, Celebrity Wheel of Fortune — and subsequently, Pat — will be back for a new season set to premiere on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
“Pat Sajak is ready for his final spin as host, alongside Vanna White! ⭐️,” read the caption. “Watch new episodes of #CelebrityWheelOfFortune on ABC starting April 30. Stream on Hulu!”
As soon as fans heard about Pat’s upcoming return to the Wheel of Fortune franchise, they immediately bombarded the show with words of excitement.
“FINALLY!!” one person exclaimed in the comments. “Been waiting for this for a long time! See you soon!” another declared. “Yay I miss this show ❤️❤️❤️,” a different follower added.
Well, we’re certainly excited to see Pat return to his beloved role once again! And while this will be Pat’s final season in the role people loved him for, it doesn’t mean his presence isn’t felt on other episodes of Wheel of Fortune.
As fans may remember, Pat technically hasn’t left the Wheel of Fortune TV franchise behind. Even though Ryan Seacrest officially took over as host, Pat is still working behind the scenes as a TV consultant. What’s more, he’ll certainly be getting back into the swing of things as Celebrity Wheel of Fortune officially returns to TV.
Speaking of the new season of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, do we know which famous faces will vie for a chance to earn $1 million for their charity of choice? According to Deadline, folks can expect to see celebrities like Josh Gad, Tiffany Haddish, Regina Hall, Ellie Kemper, Justin Long, Joe Manganiello and more all put their puzzle knowledge to the test. And with Pat back in the hosting spot, we can’t wait to see what other surprises are in store.
