Wheel of Fortune’s Pat Sajak made player uncomfortable after trying to touch her face
Wheel of Fortune’s Pat Sajak hosted the hit ABC game show for decades, but he left one player uncomfortable.
Wheel of Fortune: Host falls as contestant celebrates win

“Let’s talk about your eyelash,” he said to the player in the middle of her intro.
Jen responded: “So I don’t know why this is occurring, but I have a recurring grey eyelash that has followed me throughout my life. And I just think I’m gonna name it and keep it forever.”
The little fact about the player what supposed to be funny to talk about but Sajak kept on about it.
“It’s a grey eyelash?” he asked, and after Jen confirmed, he went up to her, extending his hand towards her face.
With his hands inches away from her eyes, Sajak asked: “Is it there? Wait a minute hold on.”
He then made a plucking motion suggesting that he had just solved the grey eyelash problem for the contestant.
While the crowd nervously laughed at the host’s joke, Jen said: “Thanks so much.”
However, Sajak wasn’t done with his joke as he responded with: “Feeling better?”
Jen played along saying, it was a “little painful,” but she felt okay.

According to The US Sun, this wasn’t the first time that Sajak faced backlash over his treatment of contestants.
Last season, Sajak found himself asking for forgiveness after he forcibly yanked on a contestant’s large beard.
Contestant Greg donned a thick gray beard, unlike any previously seen on the game show stage, and it interested the host, prompting him to say: “And Santa Claus needs help in the Holidays and I understand you fill that role?”
“That’s right Pat,” the father-of-six and grandfather-of-14 said. “I’ve been helping Santa for 25 years.”
“And have you had the beard that long?” Pat wondered. Greg replued: “No, I started the beard six years ago. Made all the difference in the world!”
The curious host asked: “If I come over there, can I tug on it?” Greg replied: “Yes sir.”
Sajak then walked over and tugged on Greg’s beard before adding: “I’ve never done that! And I will never do it again. Let’s move on shall we?”
At the end of the interview round, Sajak looked nearly choked up and seemed to feel bad for perhaps crossing a line there.
He cleared the air with a nervous laugh and said: “Thank you all for being here, and I apologize again Santa.”
Sajak also made news after attempting to tackle a contestant who was an amateur wrestler when he won the bonus prize and was called out for being outright rude to another contestant named Angela, who was excited after solving a puzzle.
Sajak appeared a little annoyed at Angela’s loud celebrations and abruptly yelled: “Shut Up.”
While he brushed it off as a joke by laughing, viewers took offense.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, fans complained that Sajak was out of line, with one person writing: “I don’t watch @WheelofFortune very often but Pat Sajak didn’t seem very happy this nice woman just won. She was excited and he told her to shut up????”
