Ryan Seacrest’s ex Aubrey Paige posts cryptic message following shocking breakup
American Idol host Ryan Seacrest and his girlfriend Aubrey Paige split after three years together – and while they haven’t addressed their breakup publicly, they continue to post on social media

Aubrey Paige is keeping up her Instagram profile after her split from Ryan Seacrest.
Despite their separation revealed in April, the American Idol host’s former partner continues to share content on her social media channel. “After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to part ways,” a source said.
“They intend to remain good friends and support each other’s future ventures,” the insider told PEOPLE in April. Although they haven’t publicly acknowledged their breakup, both Ryan and Aubrey continue to update their respective social channels as normal.

A recent post by Aubrey might subtly hint at her emotional state following the breakup, with a reference to “good wishes for others”. She shared a Reel from a Christianity account on her Story, which reads: “7 Blessings of God. 1. I have a home. 2. I ate today. 3. I have a kind heart.4. I have good wishes for others. 5. I have water to drink.”
The post continues: “6. I have clean clothes. 7. I am breathing. If you’re grateful to God for everything, say Amen.” While she didn’t add a personal comment to the post, she had previously shared a similar message, “Trust this chapter because God is writing your book.”

Ryan and Aubrey went Instagram official in 2021 after being snapped together in The Hamptons during Memorial Day. They’ve made appearances at events like the LACMA 2022 Collectors’ Committee Gala and J.Lo’s Halftime documentary premiere, but generally keep their romance low-key.
Yet, they didn’t shy away from sharing their New Year 2022 celebrations. Aubrey posted: “Safe to say the best part of 2021 was meeting the most incredible man.” Their latest Insta moments were on April 4, promoting Aubrey’s wine game. She even popped up on Ryan’s show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, to talk about Sippin on Somethin’. Supporting each other is their thing, like when Ryan wrapped up his time with Kelly Ripa on ABC’s Kelly and Ryan.
