Wheel of Fortune’s Vanna White exposes ‘crazy’ change to puzzle board as fans react
Wheel of Fortune’s Vanna White gave fans a sneak peek into the game show’s new puzzle board on the new set.

“Isn’t that crazy?” White asked, who added that behind the wall she can go see her puzzles, which the show puts on a graph.
Speaking about the upcoming season, White added that her new co-host is “already full of smiles.”
“It’s Wheel of Fortune, how can you not be happy?” he asked.
White added that the game show is “energetic, positive, and fun.”
“I’m so excited,” she said.
Seacrest shared that becoming the new host is an “out of body” experience for him.
“It is a very special thing that just doesn’t exist anywhere else,” he said of the show.
To prepare for the new role, Seacrest said he has watched old episodes of Wheel of Fortune and has also played mock games across the country with mock contestants.
“Hopefully, it all pays off,” he said.
He also added that he isn’t going to make any changes and if they keep having fun, the show will work.
Last week, Seacrest gave fans another glimpse at the new set that features bright colors, palm trees, and the huge iconic wheel.
There’s also a new blue tint.
However, fans were divided over it with some saying it looked “cheap and tacky.”
One fan on X said: “It’s certainly… interesting, to say the least,” while another shared, “I miss the old one with Pat. Nothing will replace the original host.”
Meanwhile, some embraced the change, with one fan exclaiming: “I love it!”
This isn’t the first revamp Wheel of Fortune’s set has seen, though.
In 2022, the show introduced a controversial new LED board controlled by LIDAR YUBI technology, replacing Vanna’s iconic letter-turning duties.
Executive producer Bellamie Blackstone explained: “The technology behind how Vanna interacts with it is something used in self-driving cars… It’s like a Wheel of Fortune version of an iPad.”
The new co-hosts accidentally gave viewers a sneak peek at their new set while starring in a commercial for KTen Television’s 70th anniversary.
Fans stormed the comments with reactions to the first-look at the new season of the beloved game show.
One fan commented: “You look Beautiful Vanna glad you are staying! Miss Pat but Ryan will be great to with you!”
“I hope the old shows still run as well this will take some getting used to! We miss you Pat,” wrote another.
A third shared: “Omg! I love this and I’m also sad because you did this forever with Pat! You are an amazing resilient woman!”
The new season of Wheel of Fortune starts on September 9.
