‘WOF’ Ryan Seacrest Debuts Bold New Look For 2025

Ryan Seacrest is known for his hosting duties on Wheel of Fortune and American Idol, as well as ringing in the new year itself. However, with the start of a new year, Seacrest surprised fans with a whole new look. Some fans have taken to social media to share their reaction to the star’s recent change in appearance.

Fans Have Come To Expect A Certain Look From Ryan Seacrest

Seacrest first joined American Idol back in 2002. By 2005, he also took on hosting duties on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. becoming the sole host in 2012. Back in 2023, it was announced that he would take on hosting duties for Wheel of Fortune.

Over the years, fans have expected a certain look from Seacrest. Usually, he appears clean-cut and dressed in a nice suit.

As Good Housekeeping noted, Seacrest recently boasted a new look on social media. The host was appearing in a promo for American Idol.

In the clip, Seacrest could be seen wearing blue jeans, a button-down shirt, and taupe pointed boots. He could be seen standing behind a large screen.

In the clip, Seacrest received a surprise from his mother, Constance, who appeared on a screen. Doing her part to promote the show, she announced, “This is American Idol.”

Time Will Tell If Seacrest’s New Appearance Will Last

However, Seacrest’s outfit wasn’t the only thing that caught fans off-guard. Attention was also brought to his hair, which was longer and curlier than usual, and a new beard.

As Good Housekeeping noted, however, Seacrest might be back to his more familiar appearance since the promo was filled. After all, he had his classic look, complete with short hair with a clean shave, when he hosted the 2025 Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.

This isn’t the first time Seacrest’s appearance has made headlines. As previously reported, the star has also garnered attention for his suits on Wheel of Fortune. At the time, many felt his suits on the show are too tight for him, with only commenter dubbing him the “Daisy [Duke] of suits,” in reference to The Dukes of Hazzard character.

With this new appearance, however, many fans were similarly caught off-guard. However, many of the comments were quite complimentary. Some comments included:
