The Price Is Right host Drew Carey, 66, grabs lunch with OnlyFans star five years after ex-fiancée’s murder

The Price Is Right host Drew Carey was spotted having lunch with an OnlyFans model this week – two months after declaring he had no interest in dating.

Drew, 66, has revealed he was ‘destroyed’ by bereavement in 2020 when his former fiancée Amie Harwick was murdered by an ex-boyfriend.

In spite of their own split, Drew still ‘loved her madly’ at the time of her death, and this February declared: ‘I still don’t date.’

He explained: ‘I have women I go out with and spend time with, but it’s all platonic, and I don’t care about anything else. Amie’s death really affected everything.’

This week, the comedy icon was glimpsed at Swingers diner in Los Angeles with Niki Skyler, 37, who was Penthouse Pet of the Month in April 2017.

Niki, who told Penthouse: ‘Older men told me on,’ cut a casually stylish figure in a sleek black tank top and matching trousers when seen with Drew on Thursday.

DailyMail.com has contacted a representative for Drew for comment.

When she was named Penthouse’s Pet of the Month, she explained that she is bisexual but that ‘I having sex with men more than women.’

She also recalled: ‘I lost my virginity on the morning of 9/11. I had stayed out all night with my boyfriend. When I got home my mom was crying, I thought it was because she knew I lost my virginity. It turned out she was crying ’cause of the 9/11 news.’

Drew’s relationship with Amie – a therapist 23 years her senior – began in 2017 with a date at Disneyland and led to their engagement in early 2018.

They broke up later that year, and although friends described their split as amicable, they fell out of contact with one another until just before her death.

In February 2020, Amie was murdered at her apartment by her ex-boyfriend Gareth Pursehouse, who strangled her and threw her from a third-floor balcony.

Just two months ago, Drew shared his lingering heartbreak over the killing, which had occurred almost exactly five year prior.

‘I think about her every day. It’s such a loss. Her death still affects me and my ideas about relationships and intimacy,’ he told Us Weekly.

‘It was all damaged by first our breakup, and then, the day before she died, when she texted me. It had been a really bad breakup for both of us, but a necessary one. I couldn’t think about her or see a picture of her. I didn’t want to be reminded,’ he said.

‘And then I got a text from her out of the blue. She said: “Hey, it’s Amie. I’ve been thinking a lot about forgiveness. I would love to get together with you and talk about some things,”‘ he shatteringly recalled.

‘I texted her that I loved her and that I’d see her the next week. I heard from one of her friends that she shed tears about my saying that I loved her still. Which I did. I loved her madly even though we were broken up,’ Drew confessed.

‘The next day she was murdered, and we never got a chance to get together. It destroyed me for a while,’ he shared.

‘I still don’t date. I have women I go out with and spend time with, but it’s all platonic, and I don’t care about anything else. Amie’s death really affected everything.’

In the fallout of her death – which included her killer’s trial and eventual conviction – Drew coped with his grief by speaking with her close friends and family.

‘After Amie died and we had the funeral, her three best friends reached out, saying: “We wanted to tell you how much Amie loved you and cared for you and how well she spoke of you,”‘ said the Whose Line Is It Anyway? alum.

‘I was so moved by it. They’ve now become some of my best friends. I also got to reconnect with her mother, father and brother,’ he divulged.

‘We held each other up through the funeral and the trial. Now Amie’s memory and the things she lived for keep us going,’ said Drew

Shifting Gears Season 2 Could Introduce One Unseen But Important Character, Says EP

Tim Allen as Matt smiling next to Kat Dennings as Riley sitting in in Shifting Gears

Shifting Gears season 2 might introduce one character that hasn’t been seen yet but is still important, reveals executive producer Michelle Nader. The biggest idea tying the characters of Shifting Gears together is family, with the most obvious connection being Matt (Tim Allen) taking his daughter, Riley (Kat Dennings), and her children into his home. So far, the biggest character with familial connections to appear has been Jimmy (Lucas Neff), yubi who is still trying to win back his ex-wife’s affections despite her decision to divorce him in the season finale.

Speaking with TVLine, however, Nader confirmed plans for Shifting Gears season 2 to introduce Sam, Matt’s son and Riley’s brother, who’s been mentioned throughout the sitcom. The executive producer explained what role he would have in the series, including what his interactions with his family and those around him would be like. Check out what Nader had to say about Sam’s possible introduction below:

We hope to introduce Sam in Season 2. We think he will be another fun casting opportunity and a great character for everyone to complain to!

What Sam’s Arrival Would Mean For Shifting Gears Season 2

Another Family Member Adding To The Comedy

Although Shifting Gears season 2 hasn’t been confirmed as of writing, the show has already laid the groundwork for an interesting follow-up. This includes Riley’s decision not only to divorce Jimmy, but also try to start a relationship with Gabriel (Seann William Scott), who wants to wait for the right time. Meanwhile, Matt discovers his business rival, Eve (Jenna Elfman), actually has feelings for him, kissing him in the season finale. With charged emotions already abuzz, Sam’s introduction could shake everything up even more.

Not much is known about Sam outside of the several times he’s been mentioned throughout the show, meaning he can be a unique voice among the series’ established characters. Even though Shifting Gears‘ reception has been mixed, the show’s popularity emphasizes how a new face can continue its trend of offering new elements that shake up established ideas. This can especially be the case for season 2, since new relationships and conflicts have already been established. Sam’s involvement can be the perfect way of bolstering these ideas with a fresh perspective.

It’s A Sensible Path For The Series To Take

What Sam’s exact role in the sitcom would be remains unknown, but his introduction can help expand the Parker family with new history and funny situations between him and Riley. Sibling interactions can help make Shifting Gears season 2 stand out, as their dynamic is bound to be different from the one she has with every other character in the show. Since the groundwork has already been laid for Sam to show up, it would be fitting for him to arrive as so many new life changes are happening for his father and sister.

Another Reba reunion is taking place on Happy’s Place with the upcoming episode, “Sisters Ink,” airing Friday, February 21.

After previously hosting Steve Howey, Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman are reuniting with fellow former costar Christopher Rich who is stepping in to play a tattoo artist named Maverick.

In the episode, Isabella (Belissa Escobedo) gifts Bobbie (McEntire) matching sister mugs, and Bobbie feels compelled to think of an equally thoughtful gift.

The brainstorming process and presentation lead Isabella to expect that she and Bobbie will be getting matching tattoos, and presumably, shenanigans will ensue.

Meanwhile, Steve (Pablo Castelblanco) and Takoda (Tokala Black Elk) will investigate where Emmett (Rex Linn) has been sneaking off to when he’s not in the kitchen at Happy’s Place.

For those who may need a refresher on the Reba of it all, Rich previously starred in the series as Brock Hart, the ex-husband of McEntire’s titular character, he memorably had an affair with Peterman’s character Barbara Jean. This marks one of Rich’s first major returns to television since suffering from a stroke in 2018.

“For him to have the courage to come do this and make everybody feel so comfortable… he did have a stroke and he’s back acting and that gives such inspiration to other people. You can do it,” McEntire told Entertainment Tonight about the reunion and Rich’s return to acting.

“I’m gonna get to the finish line. I may have to limp across it, but I’m getting there,” Rich told the outlet about delivering his performance for the episode.

“There’s magic here… and when you get to play with people that you have such a shorthand… you don’t have to explain stuff. You know that we’re gonna get each other. And also, I’m not gonna lie, it’s fun when the audience just gets so thrilled and tickled to see us all back together again,” Peterman added of the reunion.

‘Happy’s Place’ Finale: Showrunner on Bobbie & Emmett Set Up for Future Romance (Exclusive)

‘Happy’s Place’ Boss on Setting Up Bobbie & Emmett’s Future Romance With Finale

Rex Linn and Reba McEntire in 'Happy's Place'

    Spoiler Alert

[Warning: The below contains MAJOR spoilers for Happy’s Place Season 1 Episode 18, “Alarm Bells.”]

Happy’s Place may be ending for the season, but it’s going out with a bang of sorts as the finale installment, “Alarm Bells,” sets the stage for romance between Bobbie (Reba McEntire) and the titular bar’s in-house cook, Emmett (Rex Linn).

As a real-life couple, McEntire and Linn certainly have the right chemistry to make this pairing work, and while Bobbie’s sister Isabella (Belissa Escobedo) encourages the arrangement, the rest of the Happy’s Place team works against it, claiming at first that Bobbie and Emmett could never be a thing before admitting the duo are definitely into each other.

The fear is that allowing Bobbie and Emmett to get together, could upset the balance of the team’s metaphorical ecosystem. But what sparks the debate, to begin with? When security concerns are raised at Bobbie and Isabella’s place, Emmett offers to help, but Bobbie’s stubbornness leads to a competition of who is a better protector.

When they turn to a shooting game at the local arcade, viewers get a peek into the simmering romantic tension as Emmett attempts to teach Bobbie how to shoot in the game. While no declarations are made, nor dates scheduled, Emmett asks if he can look in on Bobbie to make sure she’s safe from time to time, the implication being that he’ll be dropping in for visits here and there at her home.

Reba McEntire, Belissa Escobedo, and Rex Linn in 'Happy's Place'

    Casey Durkin / NBC

With a second season to look forward to, showrunner Kevin Abbott notes, “The season finale was always going to be about that relationship,” but he adds that in the original vision he had in mind the romance “was going to be further than this.”

Instead, he’s holding it back for future episodes, and Abbott teases that it’s something “I actually love, that I don’t think anybody’s going to see coming… So that’s coming up in Season 2.” As for exploring this romance between Bobbie and Emmett, Abbott, who previously collaborated with McEntire on Reba, acknowledges that she may have had her relationships on that series, but that they were often failures.

“For whatever reason, Reba can do almost anything, but she couldn’t do that,” Abbott says of her onscreen relationships in the previous show, “and it used to bug the heck out of me.”

Now with Emmett, there’s a chance viewers could see longevity in their relationship. “Before we had [cast] Rex, I had incorporated Emmett as a possible love interest for Bobbie, hoping… and then when Rex came into the picture it was [like] maybe this is the key we’ve been missing all along.”

As Abbott puts it, “The sparks you see in the season finale for me are just delightful and wonderful.” But when it comes to mixing work and real life, he admits, “There’s a certain amount of trepidation… [but] right now it is working marvelously, the two of them. Rex could not be more fun to work with.”

According to Abbott, Linn is quite different from his curmudgeonly onscreen persona as Emmett as he says “[They] are not the same character at all. Emmett’s a man of few words. Rex will talk your ear off and he is just this lovely man who’s not grouchy or anything.”

Bobbie has Isabella to thank for the romance because, without her intervention, she’d still be dancing around the idea of Emmett rather than facing him head-on. “Isabella’s role is to open her up, to make her take risks,” Abbott says of the character’s purpose of widening Bobbie’s scope of the world.

Likewise, Bobbie is meant to provide Isabella with a home base support. “They will each feed something important in the other, and we’ll get into a lot more of that in Season 2,” Abbott promises. Stay tuned for updates on Season 2 as it takes shape and let us know what you think of the Season 1 finale in the comments section, below.

Kids of the ’90s will never forget that unique theme song: whistles, electric guitar and that unmistakable Tim Allen grunt.

Home Improvement was a primetime mainstay, running on ABC from 1991 to 1999 with Tim Allen’s Tim Taylor at the helm as host of home series Tool Time, and child actors Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Zachery Ty Bryan and Taran Noah Smith rising as the series’ popularity grew. The show earned three Emmy nominations for outstanding comedy series and Allen often talks about his desire to do a reboot.

In the years since it ended, many of its stars have retreated from the spotlight, but the love for the sitcom remains.

Here, catch up with the stars of Home Improvement, then and now.

Tim Allen was best known as a comedian when he stepped into the role of Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor on Home Improvement. But the work never stopped coming afterward: the Golden Globe Award winner has starred in the Santa Clause franchise, Jungle 2 Jungle, Joe Somebody, Wild Hogs, Last Man Standing and perhaps most famously, the Toy Story movies.

In a 2020 chat with Kelly Clarkson, he said people on the street still ask him to grunt (even cops!) in a nod to Taylor’s trademark.

His earlier years weren’t so sunny: after a 1978 arrest for cocaine possession at a Michigan airport, Allen spent two years in jail. He also opened up about his alcohol addiction in a 2019 interview on CBS Sunday Morning. Now, he has been sober for more than 20 years. “It doesn’t happen overnight,” he told Clarkson. “It’s a day to day thing.”

Allen’s love for Home Improvement continues to run deep: he showed CBS that he kept the Tool Time set and in 2018, told ET he was “very interested” in bringing the series back. He actually played Taylor again on a 2021 episode of Last Man Standing, and welcomed Home Improvement costars to the show during its run.

Allen, now 70, is a father to two daughters, one with ex-wife Laura Deibel and one with current wife Jane Hajduk.

    Patricia Richardson as Jill Taylor

A theater veteran with some TV work under her belt, Patricia Richardson joined the cast as Tim’s strong and steady wife Jill — taking over for the first actress chosen for the part, Frances Fisher.

“I didn’t audition for it. They just came and said, ‘We want you to start tomorrow,’ ” Richardson recalled to ET in 2020. “I didn’t know anything [about the show]. I’d never heard of [Tim]. Immediately, I loved him. Everything that we dealt with in terms of marriage and family and kids … were just really classic, ongoing deals. [Tim] wanted that show to go on forever.”

Richardson went on to earn four Emmy nominations and two Golden Globe Award nominations for her work. The actress next tackled parts on Strong Medicine, The West Wing and Allen’s latest series, Last Man Standing. She also earned an Independent Spirit Award nomination for her role in Ulee’s Gold.

Richardson, 73, has three grown children with ex-husband Ray Baker.

Zachery Ty Bryan as Brad Taylor

The actor behind oldest Taylor sibling Brad, Zachery Ty Bryan had a few television roles on his résumé when he joined the series. In a 2018 Access Hollywood interview, he recalled growing up on set around his TV family, in the same orbit as other child actors.

“We were like brothers. We either loved or hated each other,” Bryan said of the dynamic. “I remember Disney was really good to us at the time,” he added. “They gave us a full basketball court, a gaming room. We could get a lot of our extra energy out.”

In the years since, he’s continued working steadily in TV and film, with parts on Smallville, Veronica Mars and Boston Public and the movies First Kid and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. He also moved into producing, including on the films Skin and The Kindergarten Teacher.

However, the father of seven, now 42 years old, has also faced some personal battles. A lengthy 2023 piece by The Hollywood Reporter detailed ups and downs with cryptocurrency and allegations of fraud.

On Feb. 17, 2024, he was taken into custody by La Quinta, California, police around 2:30 a.m. on a felony DUI charge, as well as a misdemeanor for alleged contempt of court. In July 2023, Bryan was arrested and charged with fourth-degree felony assault, third-degree robbery and harassment after an hours-long dispute with a woman was reported to police. He was ordered to serve seven days in jail after pleading guilty to the felony assault charge while the second count was dismissed as a term of a “negotiated resolution.”

In 2020, Bryan was arrested on a similar charge for allegedly strangling a woman, whom he later confirmed to be his fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright. His sentencing included 36 months of “bench probation” and participating in a program called Bridges2Safety.

“Zach is a great kid who has grown into a complex man,” former TV dad Allen told The Hollywood Reporter in 2023. “All you can do is step aside and let somebody go through their process.”

Jonathan Taylor Thomas as Randy Taylor

The heartthrob of his time, Jonathan Taylor Thomas played middle Taylor child Randy, leaving the series before its end to attend school. (To make it work on TV, his character moved to Costa Rica.)

“I’d been going nonstop since I was 8 years old,” he told PEOPLE in 2013. “I wanted to go to school, to travel and have a bit of a break.”

His career started with some TV and voice work before Home Improvement launched his star, leading to major roles in The Lion King, Man of the House, Tom and Huck and Wild America, among others.

In the nearly a decade away from the limelight through the early 2000s, save for some bit TV parts, he attended Harvard, Columbia and St. Andrew’s University in Scotland. He returned to Los Angeles to try his hand at writing and directing, though did get back in front of the camera with Allen for a guest spot on Last Man Standing.

“I never took the fame too seriously,” Thomas added to PEOPLE in 2013. “It was a great period in my life, but it doesn’t define me. When I think back on the time, I look at it with a wink. I focus on the good moments I had, not that I was on a lot of magazine covers.”

The 42-year-old has managed to keep his personal life under wraps; he was last publicly photographed on a walk with his dogs in 2021.

Taran Noah Smith as Mark Taylor

Home Improvement was pretty much the beginning and finale of Taran Noah Smith’s acting career. Just 7 when the show started, he portrayed youngest Taylor son Mark until the series ended in 1999.

Two years later, he sued his parents over the money he made as a minor, alleging they were squandering his trust fund. His parents denied the accusation and at 18, he gained access to the money. He and his mother later cowrote a book about navigating childhood fame: Stardom Happens: Nurturing Your Child in the Entertainment Business.

In 2012, Smith was arrested for DUI and drug possession, according to a TMZ report. He was later “sentenced to a 12-hour program for the DUI offense, and a 6-month drug diversion program for the weed charge,” TMZ reported at the time. He was placed on three years probation, as well.

A LinkedIn profile for a Taran Smith, 39, lists a current occupation of sea recovery technician at SpaceX. Smith was married as a teen but is now divorced.

    Richard Karn as Al Borland

Richard Karn played Al Borland, Tim Taylor’s punching bag of a Tool Time costar. Home Improvement marked the actor’s big break; he went on to a slew of movie and TV performances — including the Air Bud series, the show Ctrl and most recently, PEN15 — and hosted game shows including Bingo America and Family Feud.

He and Allen have remained close through the years and recently reunited for the History Channel home workshop show Assembly Required and its follow-up, More Power.

“I wanted to have Richard a part of this because it seemed like a reality extension of what Tool Time really was, where I add more power to it, I break something, he’d be the reality side of it, and it was a good fit,” Allen explained of Assembly Required at the time. “This [show] is improv for 12 hours a day and I’m out of my mind. It’s just like Al Borland and Tim Taylor.”

Karn, 68, has one grown child with wife Tudi Roche.

    Pamela Anderson as Lisa

Pamela Anderson had been busy with TV guest spots before landing the role of Lisa “the Tool Time girl” on Home Improvement. She stayed for the first two seasons of the series before famously moving on to Baywatch.

In her 2023 memoir Love, Pamela, she alleged that Allen flashed her on the first day of filming as she walked through the hallway.

“He said it was only fair, because he had seen me naked. Now we’re even. I laughed uncomfortably,” she wrote. In a statement to Variety, Allen denied the allegations.

Baywatch truly launched Anderson info the stratosphere, with roles on V.I.P. and Stacked and dozens of movies following. She also appeared in the 2017 Baywatch movie.

Now 56, Anderson has two grown sons with her ex-husband Tommy Lee: Brandon and Dylan.

After grabbing a few bit parts on popular sitcoms, model Debbe Dunning stepped in for Anderson beginning in 1992 as Heidi “the Tool Time girl,” staying through the end of the show’s run. She popped up on Baywatch, too, in addition to Sabrina the Teenage Witch and The Jamie Foxx Show, though has largely stayed out of the spotlight since the early 2000s.

Dunning, now 57, has three children with her ex-husband, volleyball player Steve Timmons. Per her Instagram account, she appears at fan events from time to time and is hopeful for that rumored Home Improvement reboot.

As Wilson Wilson Jr. on Home Improvement, he was actually never fully seen, instead mostly hiding behind the fence to give Tim Taylor neighborly wisdom. He died in 2003 at 61 years old following a lung cancer diagnosis. He was survived by his wife and siblings.

Allen later told EW that “Earl meant the world to me and everyone at Home Improvement.”

Reba McEntire’s hot NBC sitcom, Happy’s Place, is taking a job at her coaching gig on The Voice. She took over for Blake Shelton as a coach and promptly stayed there for three seasons. Now, she has exited but her former job is the butt of the joke. So, how did they play it off? Keep reading for more details.

Happy’s Place Takes Jab At Reba’s The Voice Stint

When Blake Shelton announced he was leaving The Voice, fans were extremely bummed. They had watched him coach since the inception of the hit reality singing competition. Now, he was exiting to focus on other projects but who could possibly take his place? Reba McEntire who is also country music royalty stepped in and became the new coach. She had what it took to make people laugh while also charming and winning over the audience. Reba’s team did win Season 25 which was a huge feat and a proud accomplishment.

During Season 26, fans got a double dose of Reba as NBC gave the green light to her sitcom, Happy’s Place. It reunited her with her Reba co-star and close friend, Melissa Peterman. Furthermore, she co-starred with her partner, Rex Linn and they all just had a great time. It became an unexpected hit for NBC and Steve Howey who had played Van on Reba even made a guest appearance. Now, Happy’s Place has taken the time to poke fun at the star’s coaching job. This went down during the Friday, January 3rd episode of the sitcom.

According to Us Weekly, Gabby (Melissa Peterman) and Bobbie (Reba) competed against each other. They were vying for an emcee job when Bobbie turned to Emmett (Rex Linn) for advice. To that, he responded:

“I realize you don’t know anything about judging a talent contest. But decisions should be made on talent and talent alone. That is what America expects and that is what America deserves.”

    Happy’s Place For The Win

Fans have loved the freshman season of Happy’s Place. After seeing the clip of Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman getting ready to compete for the emcee position, viewers were so ready for the episode:

Melissa Peterman makes the show. She is so funny and a great actress.
    Love this show!! 👏❤️
This is such a great show. Always makes me laugh
Like “Emmett” says in this episode the two of y’all together are funny and this is what makes Happy’s Place a great new show to watch!!!🔥

Having Reba and Melissa reunited is the icing on the cake but a good script and some self-deprecating humor never hurt anyone.

What do you think of Reba poking fun at her time on The Voice? Will you miss her next season? Let us know and watch Happy’s Place Fridays on NBC and streaming on Peacock.

‘Reba’ Christopher Rich Compares Stroke To ‘Atomic Bomb’

Reba alum, Christopher Rich suffered a stroke in 2018, which he has since compared to being hit with an “atomic bomb.” Fans remember him as Brock Hart but he just reunited with some of the sitcom’s cast on Happy’s Place which was a trip down memory lane. Though he may look a little different, his life has also changed dramatically. So, what has life been like since that fateful day? Keep reading for more details.

Christopher Rich Compares Stroke To ‘Atomic Bomb’

Although Reba McEntire’s first hit sitcom, Reba, may have ended nearly two decades ago, it is still a fan favorite. The series, which ran for six seasons, can be streamed and airs on syndicated television. It revolved around the Hart family who faced problems from episode one. Christopher Rich played Reba’s ex-husband, Brock who had an affair with Barbra Jean, the incomparable Melissa Peterman. She found herself pregnant at the same time as Brock and Reba’s teenage daughter, Cheyenne. Together, they had to navigate many trials and tribulations, and a lot of highs and lows.
    Reba McEntire-YouTubeReba McEntire-YouTube
By the series finale, they were all one big, happy, dysfunctional family. The Reba cast remained extremely tight-knit and now, Happy’s Place is a fan favorite. Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman star as Bobbie and Gabby with a few former co-stars popping in. Now, Brock is back and fans have gone wild. Rich appeared on the Friday, February 21st episode as a tattoo artist named Maverick who was still booked and busy despite having a stroke. This mirrors his real life as he suffered a stroke in 2018. According to Us Weekly, he shared this insight:

“After my stroke and having a brain injury, it is like I got hit with an atomic bomb. So it all gets traumatized, and it is a hard reset.”

Unfortunately, Rich was not out of the woods as things continued downhill. He thought that he was doing okay upon exiting the hospital as he was able to move but that was not the case:

“Then I threw a bunch of blood clots and ended up in the hospital with lung embolisms and debris on my heart. After surviving all of that crap, I’m feeling really, really good.”

Christopher Rich’s positive attitude could be why he had such a bright light around him when he appeared on Happy’s Place.

    The Moment That Changed Everything

Christopher Rich may have brought the laughs to Happy’s Place alongside Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman but what about the moment that changed everything? Rich opened up about how he went to sleep one person and woke up another, something he and his wife are still grappling with today:

“I went to sleep the night before Easter and when I woke up, I couldn’t walk or really talk coherently. I had a stroke in the middle of the night and then I had complete left side paralysis. There was basically no use of my left arm at all. I couldn’t walk on my own. I was in a wheelchair. My voice sounded abnormal to me, and I had a lot of saliva running out of the left side of my mouth.”

It has not been an easy road especially because he is an actor. He has dropped fifty pounds and there are many changes. However, guest starring on Happy’s Place has been an amazing experience for Rich. He was back amongst friends and family, and it was the most welcoming experience. Fans were thrilled about this reunion so this could get him more parts in the long run:

This makes me so happy to see! My 10 year old daughter and I watch and rewatch the Reba show and it just fills us with joy!❤️
I am SO excited for tonight!
    So proud of you Chris!!!!
Oh Brock! I’m so glad he’s back, who cares if he has a stroke we all just love hom

Looks like he has a lot of fans rooting for him and a good chance of a Happy’s Place return. Did you have any idea that Christopher Rich had gone through so much? More so, were you happy to see this reunion? Let us know in the comments below.

Reba McEntire is not just close to her former Reba family, she has a shocking connection to her former sitcom husband, Christopher Rich. He was just on her new series, Happy’s Place and fans could not get enough so how else are Reba and Chris in each other’s lives? Keep reading for more details.

Reba McEntire Shares Shocking Connection To Christopher Rich

For six seasons, Reba McEntire played Reba Hart on her self-titled show. She had been married to Brock Hart, played by Christopher Rich until he had an affair with his dental hygenist, Barbra Jean. Brock then married BJ (Melissa Peterman) and they went on to have a baby. At the same time, Brock and Reba’s teenage daughter, Cheyenne, also had a baby so they had to figure out how to manage their blended family. By the end of Season 6, they were a complete unit, despite the dysfunction. The cast maintained a close friendship, being family on and off the air.

When Reba launched her new series, Happy’s Place, it was originally thought to be a Reba reboot. Melissa Peterman signed on but eventually, it was shifted to something else. It has since become a smash hit for NBC, being renewed for Season 2. Their former co-star, Steve Howey made a guest appearance. Then, Christopher Rich joined in on the fun. He played a tattoo artist named Maverick and fans loved seeing the reunion. Now, Reba is revealing how Christopher is actually connected to her beyond television.

According to People, Christopher and Reba McEntire’s boyfriend, Rex Linn are best buddies. Rex also plays Emmett on Happy’s Place so Christopher had another friendly face when he made his appearance. Before Christopher stepped into the role of Maverick, he had this to say:

“Her present boyfriend, Rex Linn, is one of my besties. It’s glorious to me where life has brought us all to be honest. It’s really fabulous. I’m so happy that she’s happy, and she’s happy that we got to spend time together. And Rex is happy and I’m happy for Rex … it’s just a joyous time.”

Yet, Reba and Rex are just one small piece of his former sitcom’s puzzle.

    A Whole Reba Lifeline

Aside from his closeness to Reba McEntire and Rex Linn, Christopher Rich is very close to his former television daughter and her husband. JoAnna Garcia Swisher played Cheyenne on Reba and Christopher shared that he officiated her wedding to Nick. More so, he looks at them as his own children. Fans of the six-season sitcom love to see them all back together and commented on the photo of Rex, Reba, and Christopher:

Hook em! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 Good to see Brock and Reba together in burnt orange! ❤️
Oh my God, I love this😍
❤️❤️❤️❤️glad you all could be together

When Christopher appeared on Happy’s Place, it made everyone smile because it was a reunion eighteen years in the making. Hopefully, more cast members will join in on the fun.

Additionally, she and Jennifer sang “I’m A Survivor” which was a single and the theme song from her old sitcom, Reba. It was highly successful and ran for six seasons, is still syndicated, and is on streaming services currently. Now, Reba is back, once again with Happy’s Place, singing the theme song and is even reunited with a former co-star.
