An eyewitness told the outlet that the pair, who were monitored closely by security guards, enjoyed cocktails and shared several dishes, including one with lobster.

At one point, the chef came out to speak to Perry and Trudeau, the outlet reports, noting that after they finished their meal, they went to the kitchen to personally thank the staff.

This seems to be the consensus after Cowell’s fiancée Lauren Silverman created a new Instagram account, adding his last name to her handle. According to People magazine, Silverman has deleted her old account and is now using the handle “LaurenMichelleCowell.”

Parade has reached out to a rep for Cowell for comment.

The change comes four years after Cowell proposed to Silverman on the Caribbean island of Barbados. The two first met on the island back in 2004. They developed a friendship as she was married and Cowell was in a relationship at the time; He dated entertainment journalist Terri Seymour from 2002 through 2008, and then was engaged to makeup artist Mezghan Hussainy. The two split in 2011.

Cowell and Silverman kept their romance quiet for a while, but in July 2013, reports surfaced that the pair was expecting their first child together.

Should they manage to secure their asking price for their latest listing property, the couple will walk away with $13 million in profit.

Although the home could well be seen as something of a high point in the couple’s real estate journey, it also holds some unhappy memories.

In 2024, the couple faced a lawsuit from California decorator Shana Kallen, who claimed that she suffered a traumatic brain injury at the home while working for the famous pair.

Legal documents seen by Realtor.com reveal that Kallen accused Levine and Prinsloo—who were identified only by their initials, as well as the trust through which they bought the home—of “negligence.” Kallen said that they failed to ensure a safe working environment at their dwelling after hiring her to decorate their outdoor patio with plants.

Kallen claims that in March 2023 she fell to the ground from a ladder that was set up for her to access the second-floor patio, claiming that she hit the concrete ground and, as a result, suffered a brain injury.

Legal records indicate that her case against the couple is still open, with Kallen pushing for the lawsuit to be taken to trial.
