The country singer brought boyfriend Rex Linn and Shelby Blackstock with her for a momentous career occasion.

As Reba McEntire celebrates a momentous career milestone, it’s only natural she’d want her loved ones to be beside her for the occasion!

In late April, fans of the country music superstar were ecstatic to learn she was one of the celebrities featured as part of Variety‘s inaugural “Power of Women: Nashville” issue. Additionally, Reba had the opportunity to attend the first gala to celebrate the occasion on May 1, where she posed for photos with other honorees such as Kelsea Ballerini, Sheryl Crow and Mickey Guyton. While the event was definitely a star-studded celebration, folks likely missed who else was in attendance to show support for Reba.

As Reba walked the red carpet ahead of the ceremony, she surprised photographers by bringing out her longtime boyfriend Rex Linn, her son Shelby Blackstock (whom she shares with ex-husband Narvel Blackstock) and his wife Marissa. And if that wasn’t enough, the quartet appeared excited to be hanging out together during the rare family outing.

When Reba later posted highlights from the event (including the family photo op) on Instagram, fans couldn’t get enough of her rare personal update.

“What a cutie picture of your son/family 💞,” one person wrote. “So beautiful!! ❤️,” another exclaimed. “Stunning people, y’all are amazing 🔥🙌❤️,” a different follower replied.

Now, as fans know, Reba is not one to shy away from proclaiming her love for Rex. But as for her relationship with Shelby, she prefers keeping that bond a bit more low-key. But folks did get the chance to see Shelby and Marissa surprise Reba in the best way, at her concert in Connecticut for her 70th birthday.

“She had NO idea we were coming!! 🤯💖,” Marissa wrote while uploading a video of the moment on Instagram back in March. “Watch @reba reaction when @shelbyblackstock @shanetarleton and I surprised her for her 70th birthday at her show in CT! The absolute sweetest moment — who else would cry if they got a surprise like this?! 🥹🎶.”

“Family Feud” is a game where families compete together as a team and rely a lot on their internal coordination. But sometimes contestants say some things that could embarrass family members, and even land them in trouble with their partners. In one episode, a contestant named Denilson shocked the show’s host, Steve Harvey, by going against his family members to share a bizarre answer to the survey question, “A friend really tests your friendship when they ask you to do what for them?” Harvey had to grab the player by his collar and pull him closer to make sure he heard the answer right.

In the episode, Harvey was playing the game with the Calov and the Whitmore families. The latter won the face-off and chose to play the survey question that appeared normal until it was Denilson’s turn to answer. The young man, looking to score big, came up with the answer, “Don’t cheat with their spouse.”

The answer left Harvey shocked, and he couldn’t believe his ears. He walked up to the young man, grabbed him by the shoulder, and repeated his answer to make sure. “One of your friends ever said, ‘Come here, D. Listen, uh…I’m going to go out of town for the weekend. Ima leave my girl over here. Could you do me a favor and not go over there and spend the night while I’m gone?’” Harvey said, mocking the player. “Think you can do that for me? I guess not, huh?” he added.  Unfortunately for the team, the answer did not show up on the board, and they got their second strike.

Before this, the Whitmores were doing well, with some of the players getting top answers. Even Denilson did well at the podium, winning the face-off with the answer, “Watch their kids.” The turn then went to Donovan, who came with another winning answer, “Keep a secret”. With this, the team seemed to be on a roll with the next players winning points as well, with answers like “Borrow money,” “Give them a ride,” and “Help them move”. However, they got one strike as well before the turn circled back to Denilson.

In the end, the Whitmores lost the round when the answer, “Borrow your car,” got them a third strike. Thus, the turn went to the Calov family, who had to steal all the points collected by the young men and their brilliant answers. The team’s leader, Amber, took to the mic after Harvey repeated the question and answered with, “Lie for them.” Luckily for the team, the answer showed up at the very top spot on the board, which meant that the Calov family stole all the points.

Harvey then went on to reveal the remaining answers on the board, which were “Bury a body” and “Steal.”  While Denilson’s answer grabbed Harvey’s attention, the fan-favorite response was “Bury a body” in the comments section of the show’s YouTube clip. Joining the fun in the comments, a fan @robsteingruber9488 wrote, “Friends help friends move. Real friends help move bodies.”

The environment on the sets of “The Price is Right” is always energetic and competitive, but emotions also run high, and over-the-top celebrations by contestants are a manifestation of that. Things also got sentimental in an earlier episode of “The Price is Right,” when one of the long-time members of the team said goodbye and parted ways. This person was like a mentor to Carey, and the host could not help but shed tears as he bid farewell.

This person’s name was Scott Robinson, and he was the one who played the role of contestant as Carey was learning the games in his early days as the host of the show. The two worked together for countless hours and developed a strong bond. The host was used to seeing Robinson on set, so his departure was a big deal. When it was time to say goodbye, the emotions were just too much to be contained.

“When I first started the show and I was learning all the games, Scott was my contestant for every single game. He taught me every single game on The Price is Right, all 70-plus of them. He knows everything about ‘The Price is Right’ there is. I love this guy so much, and this is his last show. I love you so much,” he said while choking up. The two embraced each other immediately afterward, showcasing their love for each other.

Fans loved the moment and let their feelings be known in the comments section on YouTube. “Aw, that was sweet. I’m sure Drew saw him as a kind of mentor and valued him as friend. Props to Drew for being a real man and showing actual emotion,” one user commented. “Awww, that’s so endearing. This is not the only emotional moment Carey has shared on the set of “The Price is Right.” On one occasion, he made a young fan’s dreams come true. That was pretty emotional to watch as well. The young man’s name was Carter and he was a big fan of the show. He showed a lot of composure to be on that stage in front of all those people. Carter even had a letter that he had written for the veteran host.

“How are you feeling? I went to CBS Studios with my mom, I watched people play games, we did everything I wanted…I watched them play The Price is Right…this is a letter of the future. We did so much stuff together, I wish I could watch the Showcase Showdown and spin the wheel. It was so cool. I hope you write me back soon. Your friend, Carter,” Carey said as he read the letter out loud.

He then proceeded to hug Carter, which drew a loud reaction from the studio audience. “God bless Drew Carey,” one user commented. Moments like these have made “The Price is Right” one of the most loved shows in the country today.

We’re told George woke up Monday morning at 7 AM with chest pains. At first, he thought it was indigestion, but his condition quickly deteriorated and his wife called 911 and he was rushed to the hospital by ambulance.

We’re told he suffered the first massive heart attack in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Doctors took George into surgery, where they put a stent in one of his arteries, but it failed. Doctors then put a second stent in, and it also failed.

George suffered a second major heart attack while taking a walk in the hospital. Doctors then took him back into surgery where they were going to place a third stent in his artery, but while he was on the operating table he suffered a third, massive heart attack.

Surgeons then performed a quadruple bypass. He was taken back to ICU where he was listed in critical condition.

Things are looking up. George’s rep tells TMZ he’s currently in stable condition and is talking.

As for what George is saying … it’s a cautionary tale. The 53-year-old says he’s in the best shape of his life, and his cholesterol is super low. George says it’s all genetic.

And, get this … George says if it weren’t for coronavirus he’d be dead … that’s because he and his wife were supposed to celebrate their anniversary this month by taking a trip to the beaches of Thailand. He says if he had the heart attack there he’d almost certainly be a goner.

2:25 PM PT — A source close to the situation tells TMZ this is just a nuisance lawsuit.

Ryan Seacrest is breaking California law by promoting an illegal online casino … at least according to a new lawsuit.

The “American Idol” and “Wheel of Fortune” host is being sued by a California resident named Aubrey Carillo, who allegedly lost money on an online casino Ryan often promotes on social media.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Carillo claims ChumbaCasino.com is operating illegally in California and Ryan is serving as the operation’s official celebrity endorser.

Carillo claims Ryan is promoting illegal gambling by posting paid advertisements for Chumba on social media and by appearing in promotional materials on the Chumba Casino website.

As a result, Carillo claims Ryan is contributing to the rise of online gambling addiction among adults and adolescents … and they say at least one child in their family accessed the website.

The suit claims the online casino has been banned from operating in several states but is still up and running in California.

Carillo is going after Ryan and Virtual Gaming Worlds and asking for an injunction to shut down the website in California and stop Ryan from getting any more money generated by the gambling site.
