The Valley season reunion makes abrupt schedule change and will now film a month early due to ‘unavoidable’ conflict
THE Valley season reunion has made an abrupt schedule change and will now film a month early due to an ‘unavoidable’ conflict, The U.S. Sun can reveal.
Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute and the rest of the cast are set to hash out this season’s explosive drama on Friday when they’ll be filming the reunion with Bravo boss Andy Cohen.

The reunion will be filmed after just the third episode of The Valley season 2 has aired for Bravo viewers, which is weeks earlier than reunions typically tapes.
According to a production insider, the reunion was “originally hoping” to film at the end of May.
However, due to stars Nia Sanchez and Kristen’s pregnancies, producers bumped up the filming schedule.
“Kristen and Nia are due a week apart in early June. But producers want to wrap everything up filming wise in early May just in case either of them welcomes their babies early.
“Bravo and producers are fully supportive and excited for them to have their babies. They’re bummed they won’t be able to film the reunion closer to the finale air date when more of the episodes are out in the open but it’s unavoidable.
“There is nothing anyone can do, and everyone is so excited for Nia and Kristen to welcome their little ones,” the source said.
While the cast will have the opportunity to watch the full season before Friday’s filming, the insider added it’s not ideal as it won’t give the group a chance to talk after receiving viewers’ feedback.
The season 2 reunion marks the first time the show has gotten one after Bravo decided not to give their debut season a proper after-special.

Despite this season showing the explosive drama between Jax, 45, and Brittany’s divorce and getting rave reviews from fans, viewership for the premiere was down a whopping 40% from last year.
The Valley season 2 premiere first aired on Tuesday, April 15th, one year after the show debuted in March 2024.
The first episode of the show’s sophomore season brought in 487,000 viewers the night it aired, according to Nielsen ratings data obtained by The U.S. Sun.
To compare, the first episode of season 1 had 786,000 people who tuned in – almost 40% more than the viewers who came back for round two.
The Valley’s Jax Taylor is ‘terrified’ of fans seeing his ‘unforgivable’ behavior this season amid divorce and addiction
To make the blow hit even harder, The Valley season 2 premiere had a strong show leading into it to help with ratings, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
RHOBH aired its part 3 finale of their reunion, which brought in just under 1 million viewers.
The show led directly into The Valley premiere, meaning over half of the fans who watched the RHOBH reunion actively shut off their TVs when the Vanderpump Rules spinoff came on.
Viewership increased in the following days as the majority of fans now watch the series on Bravo’s streaming platform, Peacock – which is also owned by parent company NBCUniversal.
The drop in ratings may come as a surprise to most, as this season features some of the wildest drama the cast has ever brought to TV screens.
The Cast of The Valley

Vanderpump Rules spin-off The Valley has attracted fans with its drama-filled episodes and entertaining cast. The reality show, which airs on Bravo, features some familiar faces from VPR and others as they manage their work and personal lives in California. Here is the cast of The Valley:
Jax Taylor, 44: former VPR star who is married to Brittany Cartwright, but is currently going through a separation
Brittany Cartwright, 35: former VPR star who is married to Jax Taylor, but has moved out of their marital home as they work through their issues
Kristen Doute, 41: former VPR star who is dating Luke Broderick and previously dated VPR’s Tom Sandoval and James Kennedy
Luke Broderick, 32: Kristen’s boyfriend who spends his time in The Valley and also in Colorado where he enjoys outdoor activities
Danny Booko, 40: Nia Booko’s husband who is from Michigan and works as an actor and voiceover artist
Nia Booko, 34: Danny Booko’s wife who is from Sacramento and hosts the podcast, Hold My Crown
Jesse Lally, 44: Michelle Lally’s ex-husband who is from Boston and is now a luxury real estate broker in Los Angeles
Michelle Lally, 35: Jesse Lally’s ex-wife who was born and raised in Beverly Hills and works as a real estate broker
Jason Caperna, 40: Janet Caperna’s husband who is from Los Angeles and works as a lawyer
Janet Caperna, 34: Jason Caperna’s wife who is from Ohio and formerly worked as an executive assistant
Season two will follow the end of Jax’s marriage to Brittany – which fans first saw blossom on season 4 of Vanderpump Rules.
Along with the end of their relationship, season 2 will also show Jax struggling with substance abuse and entering rehab for addiction.
Despite how difficult things appear to be on the show – Brittany, 36, recently claimed that life with Jax is actually “a lot worse” than people can imagine.
“Things are a lot worse than people think. Just the controlling aspect of everything — wanting to know where I’m at, what I’m doing 24/7.
“You’ll see throughout the season. … They’re gonna be like, ‘Wow. She went through all of this?’
“And just because he is trying to be a better person doesn’t mean that it’s actually better,” the Kentucky native told Us Weekly.
The Valley airs on Tuesdays on Bravo at 8pm EST.
